ABOUT LA VILLITA
La Villita is not your average corporate housing facility. We have daily, monthly and longer-term crew lodging for individuals, companies and third-party providers.
La Villita Apartments are the newest apartment complex built in Carrizo Springs in over 30 years. The large floor-plan apartments are completely furnished and are your traditional 3-story apartment complex.
We have single or double occupancy rates for our one, two and three bedroom apartment units. Each of our units has full-size washers and dryers as well as a compliment of FULL SIZE kitchen appliances.
Each apartment is completely furnished and have kitchenware, linens, TVs with DirecTV package and high-speed fiber optic wi-fi internet. Every apartment includes a utility room with FULL-SIZE washers and dryers.
There is a very nice work out room on-site including cardio equipment, free weights and work out machines.
We modify our housekeeping processes to give you choices for when and how we clean each apartment. We provide “basic” weekly housekeeping service that includes linen/towel service. We ask that you wash your own dishes and take out your trash regularly to dumpsters located on the north side of each building.
